Wids Kathmandu Datathon Workshop aims at providing hands-on training and mentorship for beginners and intermediates who have strong interest in data science.
Welcome to WiDS Kathmandu Datathon Workshop 2023
The WiDS kathmandu Datathon Workshop 2023 is an independent event that is organized by Manisha Panta, and Reecha Khanal as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference, the WiDS Datathon, and an estimated 200 WiDS Regional Events worldwide. Everyone is invited to attend all WiDS conference and WiDS Datathon Workshop events which feature outstanding women doing outstanding work.
The workshop is designed to support and guide local participants through the WiDS Datathon, hosted on Kaggle, February 25th (Nepali Time). You can join the WiDS Datathon 2023 as an individual or with a team to tackle this data challenge competing with other teams from all over the world. More details Here

Attention all aspiring data scientists! Join our beginner-friendly datathon and experience the thrill of competition. Don’t be intimidated, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun at the same time. Here are the rules to keep in mind:
- Team size from 1 up to 4 people; at least half of each team must be individuals who identify as women.
- Must be registered for WiDS Datathon Challenge.
- All submissions must be open-sourced [GitHub preferably].
- Final Submission Deadline - March 1 Details.
